Roslin is a Programme Manager at the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) overseeing the management and delivery of its innovation and entrepreneurship programmes for aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs, the government and the private sector. Roslin also leads business development and partnerships, content development and new initiatives in areas of innovation and entrepreneurship education at MaGIC. Roslin moved to MaGIC after serving 22 years in business development and project management across industries in the private sector. She has, among others, worked at the Vision Four Media Group, the Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute (ASLI), UNDP Malaysia and the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) Foundation. Roslin is also a long-time practitioner and certified teacher of Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) yoga, incorporating the principles of the practice in her daily life and at work. She also practices the martial arts yoga of Budokon and enjoys reading and the arts.

Abstract: STEM and innovation would make for a powerful tool of change, and taking a human-centered approach to that via useful business tools would ensure the longevity of impactful initiatives for the economy and the people. This session is an exploration of the minds of STEM and entrepreneurship towards creating innovations that are both impactful and sustainable.
